Returns:

We accept returns on merchandise purchased from us within a (10-day) period from the date you receive the order. Returns received after the return date (10) days after your receipt of order) will be refused and returned back to you freight collect. The merchandise must be in the same condition you received it. To return your purchase(s) a  Return Authorization number is needed, please email us at Returns@boxxtoppers.com. Once you have the number, enclose a copy of your original invoice, noting on the reverse side of  the invoice your reason for the return. All Returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All items are handcrafted and decorated on demand. You are responsible for return shipping charges. If a refund is requested the original shipping charges we incurred during the original purchase, will be deducted from the amount that is credited back to you. If the item (s) were damaged in transit the 10% restocking fee will be waived and we will send you a replacement.
